Rent or Buy an Inflatable? We often see people on social media suggest that they can just buy their own inflatable on Amazon or Walmart for the cost of one rental! Well, they’re not wrong! You can buy an inflatable for about $300! However, it will be less than one quarter the size of a commercially manufactured inflatable! In our opinion, the little tikes bounce houses are only suited for children 2 and younger! After that age, they will become much less satisfied with the small inflatables that you can buy online. It has been our experience that those smaller inflatables become very unsafe after children weigh more than 20-30lbs. Commercial inflatables such as the ones we rent have weight ratings as high as 850lbs at a time! How a Rental SHOULD Work!
Don’t go through the concern of rent or buy an inflatable. When you rent from a professional company, you take the guessing out of it! If the company put the time and effort into making their website into their own display case (check our site out!) there shouldn’t be any guessing as to what you’ll be getting! We have our inflatable’s dimensions, a description, and our pricing, all right on the website! Therefore, you should see exactly what you’re getting!
Here at Empire Events, when you call you get professional, respectful team members that will do everything in their power to help you with your party! First, we go in detail to understand exactly what you’re planning, so we can offer the best possible product! Next, we help you become confident in deciding on which inflatable you would most enjoy at your party. After that, we would create an invoice with all of your information and request a 20% deposit in order to secure your selected inflatable for your date. Finally, we arrive on time (or early) and leave you with a fully setup inflatable, safe, secure, and ready to deliver tons of fun to you and your guests

Frequently Asked Questions
We do not offer hourly pricing. All of our inflatables are priced as efficiently as possible. We price out our rentals at what we need in order to cover transportation and labor costs along with all other fixed expenses.
We ask that the yard is clear of leaves and especially of pet waste. We are dog lovers ourselves, but no one wants to clean dog poop off of the inflatable! Trust us! We also require that you mark off anything underground that could be a safety issue. This could include septic systems, gas lines and sprinkler systems.Â
Other than that, we only need you to be prepared to point to where you’d like our inflatable set up!
With over 10 years experience we have seen many different scenarios. With that being said, inflatables using water can cause lawn damage. If the water is left on or repeat walking and jumping occurs in the same spot the grass can be damaged. Empire Events LLC assumes no liability for damage to our customers’ lawns. Our contract goes into this responsibility at length.Â
Inflatables cannot be operated in the rain. All inflatables must be turned off if it begins raining after our team sets them up. Winds exceeding 15mph sustained, or 20 mph gusts will also require the inflatables to be turned off. Deposits are only refunded if customer cancels 10 or more days in advance. There are no refunds or discounts for inclement weather interrupting your event the day of. We are more than happy to reschedule your inflatable to any future, available date, within 1 year of your originally scheduled party provided that you cancel 48 hours or more in advance! We want beautiful weather for our inflatables as much as our customers do!
We can provide a 6500watt generator upon request for an additional $150 rental cost.Â
In place of a generator, we required access to a dedicated circuit for each inflatable. Each inflatable blower will use 10amps and some inflatables require two blowers. There are no refunds or discounts for issues related to property electrical.
Each inflatable has it’s own total weight limit. See the listing of the inflatable you’re interested in to learn the total weight limit for that inflatable. Inflatables are not necessarily rated by quantity of riders, instead, the total weight limit is the ultimate deciding factor.Â
We require a 30% deposit in order for the inflatable of your choice to be reserved. That deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 10 days or more in advance. In order to reschedule and forward your deposit to a future available date, we require at least 48 hours notice. You are able to cancel up until setup, but the 30% deposit will be forfeit if you cancel under that 48 hour window. Once setup takes place, the remaining balance is considered due!Â
