Empire Events has no hidden fees or charges, NOT EVEN TAX! We include tax in the listed price. This gives our customers the most transparent pricing possible. The ONLY charge you could receive is delivery. A delivery fee would be calculated and added on if you live further than 20 miles from our location here in Glassboro. That fee is calculated on the website based on mileage.

We provide Bounce House Rentals, Bouncy Castle Rentals, Inflatable Water Slide Rentals, Inflatable Obstacle Course Rentals, and much more! Located in Gloucester County, we provide Gloucester County Inflatable Rentals but we also deliver for free for 20 miles from our location, and we will travel up to 40-50 miles with an added delivery cost which is calculated by mileage. Inflatables for Gloucester County Schools, Inflatables for Camden County Schools, Inflatables for townships, police departments, fire department, community affairs departments, ANYTHING!

Pricing

 

We do not offer hourly pricing. All of our prices are the best they can be. We price our rentals at what we need to cover transportation and labor. Prices are final and not able to be changed.

Preparation

 

Please have the yard clear of leaves and pet waste. We are dog lovers but we don’t want to clean dog poop off of the bounce house! We also require you to mark off anything underground. This could include septic systems, gas lines and sprinkler systems. 

Empire Events asks you to know where you’d like the inflatable setup when our team arrives. This allows us to setup quickly. 

We have seen a lot of yards during our 10 years in business. Inflatables using water can cause lawn damage. Constant jumping or walking in the same spots will cause damage. Wet areas where kids are walking or running will cause damage. 

On a bright sunny day, the sun will heat up the tarp and cause the grass to become brown. We’ve seen these burnt grass areas recover in just a couple of days with extra watering. Empire Events LLC assumes no liability for damage to lawns. Our contract goes into this further at length. 

Weather Policy

 

Bounce House Blowers can’t operate in the rain. Inflatables must be turned off if it begins raining.  They must also be turned off when winds exceed 15 miles per hour.

Deposits are only refunded if customer cancels 10 or more days in advance. You must contact us 48 hours in advance of your party to postpone the event to any future date. There are no refunds or discounts for inclement weather interrupting your event once we have setup. We want beautiful weather as much as you do!

Electrical Needs

 

We can provide a 3500 watt or a 6500 watt generator upon request. The cost of those items are listed on the website.

If we don’t provide a generator then the customer must provide power. Each inflatable blower will use between 10 and 18 amps. Those  requirements are listed on the inflatable’s page. Some inflatables require two blowers. There are no refunds or discounts for issues related to customer-provided electrical sources.

Weight Limits

 

Each inflatable has it’s own total weight limit. See the listing of the inflatable you’re interested in to learn the total weight limit for that inflatable. Inflatables are not rated by quantity of riders. Instead, the total weight limit is the deciding factor. 

Deposits

 

We require a 30% deposit to make a booking. That deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 10 days or more in advance. To reschedule, we require at least 48 hours notice. You are able to cancel up until setup time but the 30% deposit will be forfeit at that time. Once setup takes place the remaining balance is considered due.
